Detailed Itinerary for 4 Days Queen Elizabeth Wilderness Safari
Day 1: Arrival in Entebbe
Depending on your flight arrival time at Entebbe International Airport, you will be met by our company representative and transferred to your hotel for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 2: Transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park
After having breakfast at your lodge, you will check out of your lodge and meet up with your driver. You will drive from your hotel in Entebbe to Queen Elizabeth National Park located in Kasese district. You will have a stopover at the equator monuments in Kayabwe. You will have lunch enroute to the park and upon your arrival in the park, you will first check into your lodge. Later head out for a game drive in the park where you will see a variety of wildlife roaming in the park.
Dinner and overnight stay at your lodge.
Day 3: Lion Tracking/Morning Game Drive and Afternoon Boat Cruise
Wake up early in the morning and set out for your lion tracking experience in the park. This activity is conducted in the Kasenyi plains and you will be accompanied by a team of experts, researchers and park rangers as you track a pride of lions. Once you have located the lions, you will spend some quality time with them as you monitor their social behaviors among other things. After this, you will embark on a short game drive in Kasenyi area before heading back to your lodge to rest and have lunch later.
Later in the afternoon, you will head out for a boat cruise on the famous Kazinga channel where you stand a chance of viewing wildlife animals roam or bask near the lake shores. You will also get to view a number of bird species within the area such as; the Hooded Vulture, Black bee-eater, African finfoot and many others.

Day 4: Chimpanzee Trekking in Kalinzu Forest and Transfer to Kampala/Entebbe
You will have breakfast in the morning at your lodge and then drive to the park’s briefing point for your morning brief. You will then be placed in a group of trekkers and be assigned a park guide and ranger before heading into the forest in search for chimpanzees. Once you have located a group of chimpanzees, you will be given an hour to spend with the chimpanzees. Later have your packed lunch and then embark on your return journey to Kampala/Entebbe as you will advise.
