Day 1: Pickup from Kampala and Transfer to Murchison Falls National Park
Based on your location in Kampala, on the first day of the 2 days Murchison Falls wildlife safari, you will be met by our driving guide early in the morning, who will brief you on the safari before beginning the journey to Murchison Falls National Park. Along the route, you will see stunning scenery and get amazing views of the countryside. Upon arrival in the park, you will check into the lodge for lunch.
Following lunch, you will take an exciting boat ride to the base of the falls, where you can see antelopes along the shores, elephants, buffaloes, warthogs, crocodiles lounging on the banks, cormorants, bee-eaters, kingfishers, fish eagles, hornbills, and many other water birds.
You will travel to the top of the falls after the boat ride, where you may take in the stunning waterfall and, among other things, the splashes of water. You will travel to the lodge for dinner and an overnight stay after reaching the summit of the falls.
Day 2: Morning Game Drive and Transfer Back to Kampala
After an early breakfast on the second day of your 2 days Murchison Falls wildlife safari, you will check out of the lodge and meet your driving guide for a morning wildlife drive in the park. During the game drive, you will see creatures such as buffaloes, elephants, giraffes, Uganda kobs, waterbucks, warthogs, Jackson’s hartebeest, lions, leopards, hyenas, and a variety of bird species.
After the wildlife game drive in the park, you will leave the park and return to Kampala. You will stop for lunch along the road before continuing on to Kampala. Upon arrival, your driving guide will drop you off at any recommended location.
